In addition to the warranty on the home, many of the name brand components (such as GE, Kenmore , James Hardi, Masonite, Moen, Rheem , Georgia -Pacific, and others) carry their own warranties. Our experience has taught us the value of having our own employees set up and service our homes. "The Buck Stops Here". Others that rely on subcontractors and infrequent factory service visits cannot and will not give you the quality of service we can. We know. We tried it. It just does not work well and the customer always suffers the consequences in the end. That's why we have hired good craftsmen and have invested in the proper equipment to do the job right the first time. In fact, not only do we regularly perform factory warranty work for our manufacturer, we are asked to perform factory warranty work for other manufactured home builders .
