The Home Place sells, delivers, and services modular, manufactured, commercial buildings as well as steel buildings. Our modular homes are built by Stratford and Bonnavilla. We have carefully chosen Marlette & Homes Kit Builders West as our primary HUD manufactured home lines. All of our builders have been carefully selected to meet our customer's needs and offer a wide variety of home options. We are very proud of our entire staff. At the Home Place we share common goals, but our primary goal is to deliver customer service and satisfaction.

We are a plank member of the Wyoming Housing Alliance and played an active role in developing and promoting the Alliance 's Code of Ethics. Gene Kilpatrick, the managing owner of the Home Place , is the President of the Wyoming Housing Alliance. This in itself plays a significant role in making sure that our customer's interests are protected all the way through the home buying process. We are one of the very few home dealerships that are approved for financing through the Rural Development Division (United States Department of Agriculture).
