We at The Home Place understand that purchasing a home or building can be one of the largest investments a person can encounter. We are here to help our customers with this very function. Our business is centered around our customers. We have built a team of specialists that are here to work hard for our customers. We understand that specific customers have specific needs. It is our goal to deliver upon those needs with customer service and attention to detail. With that said here is some additional information about us:

The Home Place sells, delivers, and services modular, manufactured, and commercial buildings. Our modular homes are built by Stratford, Schult and Summit Crest. All of our builders have been carefully selected to meet our customer's needs and offer a wide variety of home options. We are very proud of our entire staff. At the Home Place we share common goals, but our primary goal is to deliver customer service and satisfaction.

 We play a significant role in making sure that our customer's interests are protected all the way through the home buying process. We are one of the very few home dealerships that are approved for financing through the Rural Development Division (United States Department of Agriculture).
